"This is my second home, used as a getaway house for hobbies, entertaining and family gatherings. This is a home built in 1731 and is on the national historic registry. It must be cared for with the utmost attention to detail and gentle touch. I hired them for gutter cleaning that was long overdue and window cleaning. Prism cleaned all of the antique Dutch style windows, many of them were in a serious state of delicacy. The prism staff took the time to clean the gutters and windows with the required gentleness. They all took great care and respected the historic value of the house. The entire staff was very professional, polite and respectful. The final price was slightly under the given estimate and the job was completed with meticulous care. I was very pleased and will always use them."

All window were washed, inside and out and all screens also cleaned. They arrived when expected, came inside and explained everything they were going to do. They were very polite and respectful of my home and property. I was home while they were working and they always asked permission to enter a room if I was there. My home is about 3000 sq. ft., and it took them about 3 hrs. to do the job. Everything they moved during their work was replaced properly. The windows and screens looked great. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly."

"I called for an estimate and asked to have it in two parts. 1.) The great room - lots of big windows and a skylight. This room was my priority. 2.) The rest of the house - lots of standard windows. I was concerned that it would be extremely expensive, but to my delight the price was more than fair and I had them do the whole house. They washed every window inside and out, cleaned the sills, washed the screens and even did the basement windows. The guys were neat and careful. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone in the area!"

"What a pleasure! Jason and his crew showed up on time and did a fabulous job. They cleaned the gutters inside and out, including all the downspouts. It looks brand new! They also washed all the windows, including 6 skylights, inside and out. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. My husband NEVER compliments anyone on the work they do. He was so pleased with Jason, he told him what a great job he did! We are now on their permanent schedule for twice a year. Jason really cares about the quality of their work, and is a super nice person.
